Let’s Start Here is Lil Yachty’s fifth studio album. It comes right after his mixtape BIRTHDAY MIX 6, which came out in August 2021.
When “Poland” came out, Lil Yachty said in the track’s description that his next album would come out the following year.
The whole album would be leaked on December 25, 2022. The album was supposed to come out next month along with a Concrete Boys mixtape. Four days later, Yachty went on AMP to say that the title wasn’t Sonic Ranch after all. Someone thought that the tentative title was the name of the studio where the album was recorded.
The album cover, title, and release date would be leaked on a website for vinyl releases on January 13, 2023. On January 24, 2023, Yachty would make a trailer public on YouTube.
