American rock band formed in Southfield, Michigan, in 2013, I Prevail unreleased new song “Fake” leaked online off “True Power” album project.
The Detroit-based post-hardcore band has quickly won fans all over the world with their powerful mix of aggressive rock, electronic arrangements, and slow, melodic parts. Steve Menoian plays lead guitar and studio bass, Dylan Bowman plays rhythm guitar, Gabe Henguera plays drums, Brian Burkheiser sings clean vocals, Eric Vanlerberghe sings dirty vocals, and Menoian plays lead and studio bass.
I Prevail first got noticed when they posted a cover of Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” on YouTube on December 1, 2014. Later, Fearless Records put it on Punk Goes Pop Vol. 6 as a bonus track. Ten days later, the singles “Love, Lust, and Liars” and “The Enemy” from their first EP came out. I Prevail’s Heart vs. Mind EP came out not long after, in January 2015.
