“i care so much that i dont care at all” is the first full-length studio album by Glaive, an American singer-songwriter, rapper, and record producer, set to release between May and July 2023.
Glaive confirmed through his private Twitter that he would focus on the album after the ‘old dog, new tricks tour. Glaive then announced on his Twitter we could be expecting the album in March 2023. The tweet has been deleted since then. So far, we're assuming the album will be filled with unreleased songs, but we teased a lot on Instagram Lives or snippets on Twitter. The album's title is also still unknown.
Glaive and Ericdoa announced the start of their Australia leg for the ‘then I'll be happy' tour. After posting the dates and support acts, Perto, one of the support acts, took to his private Twitter to announce “music before the tour.”
As the tour begins on New Year's Eve, this almost confirms the album or his collaboration project with both Ericdoa and GGlaive will drop before the end of 2022.
Produced with previous collaborators Jeff Hazin and Ralph Castelli, I care so much that I don't Care at All find Glaive turning inward, reflecting with blunt honesty about growing up and outgrowing his North Carolina hometown. Glaive recorded the 13-track collection in Los Angeles—in a windowless garage with a studio dog and no air conditioning. “It's the most similar to recording in North Carolina that I ever had,” he says.
