Cordae Feel it In The Air Download MP3
Cordae’s new song, “Feel It in the Air,” is about how tired he is of industry games.
After putting out his second album, From A Bird’s Eye View, in January, it looks like Cordae is ready to put out more music before the end of the year. On his most recent song, “Feel It In The Air,” he sounds like he doesn’t like the music business or rapping.
He starts the song by rapping, “F*ck this industry I’m currently a part of, everybody’s fake / Ulterior motives, they’ll lie in your face / I’ve seen friends turn into enemies, become distant memories / Everybody’s janky, they’re just not who they pretend to be,” over a sample of Beanie Sigel’s 2005 song, “Feel It In The Air.”
He keeps the same energy all the way through the song and ends it with the same feeling. He raps, “I only f*ck with my tribe, and that’s it. Everyone else eat a d*ck. Hi-level sh*t.”
In the music video for the song, Cordae is seen rapping outside of an apartment complex in Baltimore. There are also scenes of him walking around the city and thinking about his career while fans try to take photos of him on their phones.
