Basil Poledouris, Starship Troopers Album Download MP3 ZIP Files
Basil Poledouris' exhilarating score for the 1997 cult classic, Starship Troopers, is now available for the first time ever on vinyl. Varèse Sarabande and Craft Recordings have released a 2-LP Extended Edition which includes 29 cues from the film, all remastered by Chas Ferry and Melinda Hurley.
Additionally, the album comes with a fold-out poster and new liner notes from director Paul Verhoeven and musician Zoë Poledouris, who reflects on her late father's work. The gatefold jacket features reimagined artwork by illustrator and graphic novelist, Malachi Ward.
The album is set for release on August 4 and is available for pre-order. Basil Konstantine Poledouris was an American composer, conductor, and orchestrator of film and television scores, renowned for his lengthy collaborations with directors John Milius and Paul Verhoeven.
