Rowlene is a South African singer-songwriter and aspiring actress.
Rowlene was born in Elsies River, Cape Town, and performed as a child. She released her first single, Imposter, in early 2015, which led to her fame on Phases with Nasty C. She’s worked with Riky Rick, Bigstar Johnson, Tellaman, Gemini Major, and Nasty C.
Rowlene is the first artist signed to Nasty C’s Tall Racks Record. Her single Boy Bye has helped keep her in the public eye because of the song’s message and her vocal range and talent on the track. #boybye was trending on twitter in anticipation of the song’s re-release.
